TERRAIN:
Intricate coastal dunes with areas of thick fynbos interspersed with open grassland and scattered bushes.
Compasses and leg protection is highly recommended for the technical courses.
COURSES:
- Technical - Long: 5km, technically difficult
- Technical - Short: 3.5km, technically difficult
- Trail: 3.5km, technically easier.
