STANDARD FORMAT TRAIL RUNNING. THERE WILL BE A 10KM AND 5KM OPTION TO CHOOSE FROM.

FULL: 2 Laps (ascent and descent) of Limpopo Flow, +- 12 KM
HALF: 1 Lap (ascent and descent) of Limpopo Flow, +- 6 KM
A UNIQUE VERTICAL CHALLENGE ON THE SINGLETRACK OF LIMPOPO-FLOW. COME AND SEE WHO HAS THE STRONGEST CLIMBIONG LEGS AND TECHNICAL DOWNHILL SKILLS.

WE ARE BRINGING BACK THE ICONIC MAGOEBAS MONSTER. YOU GET 60 MINUTES TO DO AS MANY MAGOEBAS MONSTER LAPS AS POSSIBLE.
2.5 KM PER LAP WITH 80 METERS OF VERTICAL ASCENT.
