The Pam Golding Properties Quadrathlon is part of the 19th annual St Francis Sport Summer Series from 15 December till 3 January 2026. 

The race starts and finishes at the Paddling Club venue to the right of Big Time Taverna, Mayotte Circle, St Francis Bay.  The race starts with a 3km road run, followed by a 500m swim, 1km run Malibu/SUP and lastly the 3km paddle route on the canals.  The decision to drop the cycle leg was based purely for safety reasons as traffic in season is hectic.

This popular event can be done as an individual or in a team.  Each team member must enter individually in order to make up a team.  The entry fee is R250 per individual, and R500 per team (no matter the amount of team members).

Take note:

- a series entry of R1000 will give you individual access to all 10 events.

-  there will be a short prize giving where the top 3 male and female participants in each age category will receive medals, and full results will be announced on social media and posted a few hours after the event;

Late Registration and Number Collection - 07h00 - 07h30 (If you arrive after 07h30 on race day, you will receive a generic number which means you won’t be placed in the results.  To avoid this, enter online!)
