Hosted by In Touch Community Development and Project Managers partnered with Nation for Nations.
Take part in the Run for Your Mind — a 5K trail fun run dedicated to raising awareness about mental health and encouraging our community to put wellness first. This event is open to all — whether you’re a runner, walker, or supporter — and is designed to bring people together in a spirit of unity, fitness, and hope.
📍 Venue: Roodepoort Farm (near Meropa) Portion 6, follow the signs
