The Saldanha Run/Swim Challenge is a brand-new multisport event along the beautiful beachfront of Saldanha Bay, with a scenic start and finish at Blue Bay Lodge.

Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just looking for an exciting challenge, there’s a course for everyone — from a full 10km test of endurance to a 1.6km fun splash!

🏁 Event Options

🏃‍♂️ Long Course (10km)
Push your limits with a 10km coastal route combining running and swimming sections.
💰 Entry Fee: R395 per person

🏃 Short Course (5km)
A perfect mix of fitness and fun along the same stunning route, just half the distance.
💰 Entry Fee: R350 per person

🏖️ Fun Swim (±1.6km)
A relaxed, family-friendly event taking place after the main courses are completed — great for kids, beginners, and anyone who just wants to join in the fun!
💰 Entry Fee: R100 per person

All routes start and finish at the lodge, offering easy access, safe parking, and spectacular sea views.
