The River Club Swim & Run Duathlon is part of the 19th annual St Francis Sport Summer Series from 15 December and 3 January 2026 in St Francis Bay and surrounds.

The race starts and finishes at the Paddling Club Venue, next to Big Time Taverna, Mayotte Circle, St Francis Bay.  The first leg of the race is the swim, which is on the canals, followed by the circular run through the canal area.  Participants can choose between the "long" or the "short" and the event can be done as a team as well.  Distances are:

Short:  500m swim/3km run, Long:  1km swim, 6km run.

Teams and Individuals can take part.  All team members must enter individually.

Late Registration and Number Collection - 07h00 - 07h30 (If you arrive after 07h30 on race day, you will receive a generic number which means you won’t be placed in the results.  To avoid this, enter online!)

Take note:

- a series entry of R1000 will give you individual access to all 10 events.  

-  a short prize giving will be held where the top 3 male and female participants will receive medals.  Full results will be announced on social media and posted a few hours after the event;
