• Teams of 6 runners/walkers (1 km per person, total 6 km)

• Open to Business Teams, Running Clubs, High Schools, and Primary Schools

• R100 per person (R600 per team)

• Medals for all finishers

• Floating Trophies for category winners:

  • First Running Club

  • First High School

  • First Primary School

Collect your race number, timing chip, and baton at:

🎉 Prize Giving

Prize giving will take place approximately 15 minutes after the last finisher (around 20:00) at 72 York Street, George.
🏅 Teams must collect their own prizes — unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
🎁 Lucky draws on the night (must be present to win).

🚦 Race Rules & Info

• Held under the rules of ASA and Athletics SWD

• Minimum age: 12 years

• Stay on sidewalks unless directed otherwise by marshals

• No earphones, animals, or wheeled assistance allowed

• The sixth runner’s baton contains the timing chip and must be returned after the race

• Mixed teams (male & female) welcome

• Refreshments, first aid, and ablutions available on site
