This event has some of the most spectacular terrain to enjoy while not touching a tar road or traffic 

Race Entries must be paid within 7 days of entering.

The race will be subject to the safety officers and race director discresion.

The race may start slightly later if the tides are not perfect 

The swim course may be moved to the canals should the river be deemed to be unsafe 

The course distances may vary slightly to what is published 

Prize Giving will be at 16h00

The race is totally self-supported no water tables or assistance will be provided you should carry what you need with you 

Rules 

Run leg no running the banks must return to deep water 

Must exit around the pole then head to the transition area across the river mouth 

No outside assistance in transition 

Your seconder is responsible to get your boat and run gear to the transition at the paradise beach transition. 

Run leg you must get a band at the turn around point 

Your seconder must make his or her own way back to the pump house car park 

Ski leg you will be doing the St Francis paddling club time trial route then returning to the Kromme river 

You may not use a K1 river or sprint canoe 

Surfski only craft allowed 

Exiting the ski leg at candlewood estate your seconder must remove your boat from the river and return to River Club

Bike leg when leaving River Club to the St Francis Links bottom gate entrance you may not ride on the tar at any point 

There will be a secret check point anywhere along the bike route at race directors' discretion 

The route is a lollipop route and please exercise caution on the way out and the way back to RC due to oncoming traffic at any given time 

You may be assisted by a fellow competitor with any technical assistance 

You may not get any assistance from a spectator or have any items brought to you on the course this leads to exclusion 

It's is your responsibility to carry everything you will need on the course yourself and no outside assistance will be allowed with regards to nutrition on the course at any point

 You may receive help from a fellow competitor in the event of a technical breakdown 

You have to cross the finish line unassisted.
