In the time-honored tradition of river swimming, the Kromme river mile pays homage to the iconic Red House River Mile with a 1 Mile Tide assisted swim up the pristine Kromme River.

- Registration: 11:30 - 12:15 at Pumphouse Shore Road, Saint Francis
- Race Briefing: 12:15
- Start: 12.30
- Finish: In-water finish

*Important Notes*
- All entrants must register and collect their race number at the table
- Briefing will cover course explanation and safety protocol
- Races to stay in order after crossing the finish line to record finish times
- Conditions: Great tide, warm water
- Late entries up to 12 oclock
