* 3000 m – 09:30 – R230 (2 laps)
* 1500 m – 08:00 – R200 (2 laps)
* 500 m – 09:00 – R180 (1 lap)
* 200 m Fun – 08:30 – R150
(Juniors ≤15 | Seniors 16+)
Important Information:
- Number collection and late line entries will take place from 07:15am sharp. Please note that there is a R30 surcharge on all on the day late entries. (Cash and Card available)
- Only bright-colored swim caps are allowed, black swim caps are not permitted.
What is included:

- Live Timing is done by BoutTime
