TIMING
Race is timed by LiveTIme by using race boards, you will not be allowed to start without your race board.
SUPPORT
NO BIKE MECHANICS – all riders must be self-sufficient

Mountain Bike
Helmet
Puncture repair kit, tyre lever, allen key set
Charged cellphone (add 072 924 2371 Energy Events, Emergencies only)
Waterproof jacket, thermal base layer
Race food
Hydration – Minimum 750ml to start race
Space Blanket
Basic first aid kit
