The Cool Ideas Magalies Trail Run Adventure offers 4 distances.

Choose your distance according to your fitness levels but remember that trail running generally requires more athletic ability than road running, particularly as our route manager loves to give those legs and glutes a workout!
We have also reintroduced our 4km for the younger and less fit participants.
Once you’ve had a chance to freshen up, there will be Prize Giving for all races towards lunchtime.
Trail Run Start Times – Saturday the 30th of September
All Trail Run distances will start at 07h30.
This is a Pre-Entry Event and entries will close on Sunday the 16th of September. Entries are limited, so we suggest that you go online today and reserve your place.
After online entries close, runners will only be able to do a “Late entry” at rider registration on the 26th, and you will not qualify for a “goodie bag”.
Included in your Entry:
• Goodie Bag – valid for pre-entries only
• Event T-Shirt – valid for pre-entries only
• The special and now infamous Bridgestone bikewash after each stage (obviously for cyclists)
• Shower facilities
• Race medal
