Onsite Events
The inaugural Fittest On The Farm Crossfit Competition will be a fun beginner to intermediate competition that will take place on the 2nd of September 2018 on La RicMal Farm on the Bottelary road just outside Kraaifontein.
For the Crossfit competition there will be 4 different divisions;
M/M and F/F Beginner(scaled) and/or M/M and F/F RX Intermediate.
This will be a half day competition including 3 functional fitness workouts. Be ready to expect the unexpected!
To encourage family and friends to also live the fit and healthy lifestyle we combined the Crossfit event with a Trail Run. While participants are taking part in the crossfit competition family and friends will have the option to do a 3km, 5km or 10km Trail Run.
The run will meander through the beautiful vineyards of La Ricmal farm as well as the surrounding farms.
Please bring your family and friends along for moral support and to start your first event with you. *hint *hint.

- Male/Male Beginner Scaled - R400 per team
- Female/Female Beginner Scaled - R400 per team
- Male/Male RX Intermediate - R400 per team
- Female/Female RX Intermediate - R400 per team
Trail Run
3km - R50 - Start - 8:45am
5km - R100 - Start - 8:30am
10km - R120 - Start - 8:15 am
All finisher for the Trail Run will receive a medal.
Food stalls will be available.

This event supports team entries for certain classes, but teams must consist of 2 participants per team.
