Obstacle Wars
This is a fun Race combining different elements to challenge you. You will start of with 5 basic Crossfit elements, then run 2km, go into your swim, it will be a few laps but with a obstacle element attached, back into arena with 12 obstacles.
Only 5 people in a batch, we will take the best times of everyone.
There will be a Classes of:
Beginner - Scaled (They will do 20 Reps of each movement)
Intermediate - RX-D (They will do 30 Reps of each movement)
Kids age groups
7-9 (They will do 12 reps of each movement)
10-12 (They will do 12 reps of each movement)
Junior 13-15 (They will do 15 reps of each movement)
Kids and Parent - Run and Swim: Age 3-6 for kids and then parents. This is just a fun event to do with your smaller kids.
#Times of Batches will be confirmed closer to the time.
First 50 entries will receive a free shirt. We ill contact you with shirt sizes closer to the time.
